The unforgetable Dubrovnik!
Arrival to Dubrovnik
After your arrival at the airport in Dubrovnik and transfer to a hotel, in the afternoon, we’ll go sightseeing of the old center of Dubrovnik which is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Dubrovnik has managed to preserve its gothic, renaissance and baroque churches, monasteries and fountains from its golden era. The old part of town is surrounded by impressive city walls along which you can walk and admire the picturesque views of stone houses and relaxed Mediterranean life going on in the streets. You cannot miss the main street – Stradun which is a wide walking area that connects many smaller streets where you can find different small souvenir shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The Pearl of the Adriatic is a very popular tourist destination that attracts many tourists and famous people around the world. Overnight in Dubrovnik.
Today is reserved for you and many optional activities and excursions around the city. Get to know the city and enjoy yourself.
Dubrovnik – Split
After breakfast we will drive to Split and on the way, we can go ziplining in Omiš or rafting on the Cetina river. After the excursion, we will continue to Split followed by sightseeing of Split. A city with a 1700-year-old tradition, rich in a variety of archaeological, historical and cultural monuments, among which is the well-known Palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, who liked Split so much that he chose it as an eternal residence for himself, his wife and his daughter, building a Mausoleum which is today a Cathedral of Split. Overnight in Split.
Split – Zadar
After breakfast, we’ll check out of the hotel and drive to Zadar. On the way, we will visit NP Krka and have lunch. Beauty and historical richness of Krka River and its area make it “the place to visit” for every guest. After lunch, we continue the drive to Zadar. Overnight in Zadar.
Zadar – NP Kornati – Zadar
After breakfast we will visit the NP Kornati islands by boat. Lunch will be organized on one of these islands and we will have time for swimming during our excursion. We’ll return to Zadar, and have some free time in the afternoon to explore the city. Overnight in Zadar.
Zadar – NP Plitvice Lakes – Zagreb
Early in the morning we will leave Zadar and drive to Zagreb. On the way we will visit the NP Plitvice Lakes – UNESCO World Natural Heritage – sixteen lakes interconnected with waterfalls that were created by the deposition of a special kind of limestone, nature taking the role of an artist and presenting us one of its wonders. After walking through the park and enjoying the beauty of Plitvice we will have lunch and continue our drive to Zagreb. Overnight in Zagreb.
After breakfast, we will visit the northern part of Croatia for a day of relaxation. We will visit one of the Spa’s (toplice) and afterwards have lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, return to Zagreb. Overnight in Zagreb.
After breakfast, you will get to know the 900 year old Zagreb, the political, administrative, business and cultural center of Croatia. On our sightseeing tour we will make a circle around the center and walk to the old parts of the city, Kaptol and Gradec. After the sightseeing, lunch can be organized in a traditional Croatian restaurant. Otherwise, transfer to the hotel and the rest of the afternoon free to explore the city.
Departure from Zagreb
After breakfast, the bus will transfer you to the airport for your departure according to your flight details.
